Our Skilled Nursing Facility offers an in house comprehensive rehabilitation program. We have a rehab gym that enables our therapists to provide state-of-the-art physical, occupational and speech therapy modalities. Our personable rehab team evaluates each person individually and sets up specific goals to reach optimal ability. Our Dietary department is overseen by our Dietary Manager and Registered Dietitian. Our industrial kitchen services our campus. We evaluate each person’s special diet needs or restrictions according to Physician orders. We always offer alternate meals and grant special requests as we are able.
Our nursing department is fully staffed with a Director of Nursing that also serves as our Resident Care Manager. In addition, we always have a Licensed Nurse on duty with Certified Nursing Aides. We provide care for many special types of needs such as wound care, feeding tubes, I.V therapy, diabetes management, trach care, oxygen and medication management. Some of our residents come to our facility for short term needs and some of our residents are long term. We have twenty beds that are mostly double occupancy with a few private rooms. The facility comes equipped with emergency generation in the event of a power outage. Our residents are invited to participate in group activities campus-wide or are allowed to enjoy outings and other activities according to preference.
We have a business office that can manage resident funds if desired and a social services director that schedules resident care plan conferences. The building is equipped with full-service industrial laundry equipment and staff that provides laundry and housekeeping services. The nursing facility is overseen by a full-time licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
