Full time/ Part time Day Shift (6-2pm)
Full Time/ Part time Evening Shift (2-10pm)

Must be a certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing; able to read written directions, comprehend verbal instructions, and write at a level necessary to accomplish the job; must demonstrate empathy and compassion for residents.
Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN)- Skilled Nursing Facility
Full time / Part Time Day Shift (6-6pm)
Full Time / Part Time Noc Shift 6-6am)
Must be a licensed RN or LPN in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
Wellness Nurse (RN) / Resident Care Coordinator – Assisted Living/ Memory Care
Full Time. Day Shift (8-5pm)
Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
Caregiver – Assisted Living/ Memory Care
Full time / Part time Day Shift (6-2pm)
Full Time/ Part time Evening Shift (2-10pm)
Full Time / Part Time Noc Shift (10-6am)
What is a caregiver? A caregiver’s primary role is to provide care to residents and assist in daily activities, such as bathing or eating. You’ll address the needs of residents with respect, dignity and safety.
Ideal candidates have strong people skills, dedication, time management, and compassion.
Med-Tech- Assisted Living/ Memory Care
Full time/ Part time Day Shift (6-2pm)
Full Time/ Part time Evening Shift (2-10pm)
Full Time / Part time Noc Shift (10-6am)
What is a Med-Tech? A Med-Tech’s primary role is to provide medication administration and oversight to residents. You’ll address the needs of residents with respect, dignity and safety.
